Industrial Visit to PPAP Automotive Limited in Noida

On August 22nd and 23rd, 2024, BBA III Semester students from Jagannath International Management School visited PPAP Automotive Limited in Noida. Led by industry expert Mr. Sunil Bijlawan, the visit offered insights into project execution, manufacturing processes, and human resource management in a manufacturing setting. Mr. Bijlawan detailed PPAP's project management workflow, covering planning, collaboration, and execution, and discussed the company's commitment to CSR and women empowerment. He also highlighted the company’s indigenization plans and Japanese collaboration in car accessories manufacturing. A Q&A session allowed students to explore industry trends, career paths, and competitive sales strategies. The visit concluded with a site tour, providing students a firsthand look at operations and the practical application of theoretical knowledge.
