From Chairman’s Desk

Dear Student,
We are already in the midst of the Summer season in this year. Every year when the season changes we have to take care of certain things. To start with, we have to stay hydrated. We must drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep the body functioning properly. We must take advantage of the abundance of fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season during the summer as they are packed with essential nutrients. With more time spent outdoors, it’s crucial to protect the skin from the sun’s harmful rays and prevent sunburn and skin damage. Take time for self-care activities that help you relax and recharge. We can prioritize activities that bring joy and peace of mind. We can use the change in seasons as an opportunity to declutter and organize our living space. Clearing out unnecessary items and creating a more streamlined environment can help reduce stress and improve productivity. As days are longer in this season, we can take advantage of the longer days to establish or maintain healthy habits. Whether it ‘s exercising regularly, eating nutritious meals, or getting enough sleep, prioritize the health and wellbeing. By taking good care of yourselves and the surroundings in the summer, you can set yourself up for a season filled with happiness, health, and vitality.
