Aarnav Sharma Achieves Gold in Powerlifting at GGSIPU's 19th Annual Sports Meet

Aarnav Sharma (BA (JMC), 5th Semester) won the Gold Medal in the Powerlifting Competition (2024) at 19th Annual Sports Meet held at GGSIPU and he was named the strongest male individual across all weight categories. In the 74kg body weight category, Aarnav lifted 105kg in Squats, 105 kg in Bench, and 230 kg in deadlift - taking the combined weight lifted to 520 kg
