From Chairman’s Desk

Dear Student,
After performing one’s official duties throughout the year, summer vacation is important as it provides a necessary break from the demands of work, helping to reduce stress and prevent burnout. Away from the daily routine allows individuals to recharge mentally and physically, which in turn boosts productivity, creativity, and overall job satisfaction. It also offers the opportunity to spend quality time with family and friends, pursue personal interests, or simply relax-contributing to a healthier work-life balance. The summer vacations allow to return refreshed and more resilient with better emotional well-being & reducing anxiety. Breaks can help people think more clearly and creatively. Summer often aligns with school holidays, allowing parents to spend meaningful time with children. Summer vacations aren’t just perks - they're essential for maintaining a healthy, motivated, and high-performing workforce. Encouraging time off can be a powerful strategy for improving morale, productivity, and organizational culture.
